Which countries does it work in?+
Anywhere. Prices display in your currency, and you list to your own eBay site in its local currency — 14 country sites supported (eBay US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France and more), verified live on eBay US and UK.
How accurate is the AI grade estimate?+
Estimates are deliberately conservative: verdicts are calculated half a grade below the estimate, so the profit math holds even when a card comes back lower than expected.
Do I need my own eBay account?+
Yes — you connect your own eBay seller account with two clicks, and the console guides the one-time setup (ship-from address and policies) from inside the app.
What does grading cost on top?+
The plan includes 250 AI condition assessments per month. Physical grading fees (PSA, CGC, TAG, Beckett) are paid to the graders directly — the console shows their live pricing so you always know the real cost before submitting.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes — a native Android app on Google Play with the full console: binder scanning, triage, submissions and the POS. It shares your account and data with the web console. An iOS app is coming soon.
How do in-person payments work?+
The POS takes contactless payments with Tap to Pay on supported Android phones, card payments via a QR code the buyer scans and pays on their own phone (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Card payments settle straight to your own Stripe payouts with a 1% platform fee.
